Protects waterline & all surfaces from damage caused by calcium & efflorescence
Protection against hard scale, calcium and efflorescence buildup
Makes the treated surfaces very easy to clean in the future
Use a protectant that’s both non-toxic and environmentally safe
Keeps surfaces looking like new and easier to maintain
Easily apply a protectant that only takes minutes and lasts for months
Heavy Calcium Releaser is safe, non-toxic, and removes calcium and mineral deposits without affecting your pool's pH
Keep this product out of the reach of children
Start by lowering the waterline to at least an inch or so below the tiles, and then test in an inconspicuous area because it could etch some surfaces (concrete, marble)
Next, scrub the surface of calcium using a scrubbing ‘scratch’ pads or scraper blades to break up the first layer of scum
Apply Heavy Calcium Releaser liberally to the scrubbed surface, allow it to sit for a few minutes
You should see the product bubbling or turn white for a second; this is a sign that it’s reacting to calcium and doing its job
After a few minutes scrub the area again to break through the next layer of scum
Repeat the process of applying and scrubbing until the area has no calcium buildup
Rinse thoroughly
Let it dry before moving on
If you need more aggressive treatment, heat the product to around 10 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature and you can use cleaning pad attachments for cordless drills (green, black, and purple pads are the best).

Lower water level below tile line or off water features that you want to protect when necessary.
On a clean, dry surface spray on Cal Block and let dry, usually 5-10 minutes. A second coat is always recommended to ensure full coverage.
After the second coat dries, buff off any excess residue if needed on certain polished surfaces. If needed, lightly spray on more Cal Block and immediately wipe away any spotting.
When the surface is completely dry, it is ready for regular use and water exposure.
