  • Blast the Calcium - Not the tile! This powerful cleaner is all you need to quickly remove heavy calcium and mineral deposits for all pool tile and decks, natural stone, rock water features and more

  • Will not affect water pH and won’t etch most surfaces.

  • Heavy Calcium Releaser may etch some surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous area first

  • Before applying the Releaser, scrub the surface of calcium with a scrubbing pad or scraper blade to break up the first layer of scum.

  • Apply product liberally to scrubbed surfaces and let it sit for several minutes. Product will bubble, showing it is working.

  • Scrub the area again, breaking the next layer of scum. Calcium will come off in layers just as it builds up.

  • Rinse thoroughly when finished.

  • Let it dry completely before applying LayorCare Sealers.

  • Always use full strength--DO NOT DILUTE.

  • Covers approximately 300 sq ft/gallon.

  • Heavy Calcium Releaser is safe, non-toxic, and removes calcium and mineral deposits without affecting your pool's pH

  • Keep this product out of the reach of children

  • Start by lowering the waterline to at least an inch or so below the tiles, and then test in an inconspicuous area because it could etch some surfaces (concrete,marble)

  • Next, scrub the surface of calcium using a scrubbing ‘scratch’ pads or scraper blades to break up the first layer of scum

  • Apply Heavy Calcium Releaser liberally to the scrubbed surface, allow it to sit for a few minutes

  • You should see the product bubbling or turn white for a second; this is a sign that it’s reacting to calcium and doing its job

  • After a few minutes scrub the area again to break through the next layer of scum

  • Repeat the process of applying and scrubbing until the area has no calcium buildup

  • Rinse thoroughly

  • Let it dry before moving on

  • If you need more aggressive treatment, heat the product to around 10 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature and you can use cleaning pad attachments for cordless drills (green, black, and purple pads are the best).

  • It is easy to apply and should get used after your Heavy Calcium Releaser; simply spray on and evenly spread over tiles with a paint pad. Wipe any drips or overspray immediately with a damp cloth

  • Allow to fully dry before applying Cal Block
